Product quality (KPV 10 mg)
Our product containing 10 mg of KPV peptide has been tested by a certified Polish laboratory. The results can be seen in the product gallery.
What does the product packaging (KPV 10 mg) contain?
The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside you will find:
- Powder vial (Mannitol + KPV 10 mg + 5 mg GHK-Cu)
- Saline vial 10ml
- Atomiser (for spraying a portion of solution onto a laboratory glass slide)
- Funnel (helps pour solvent into the peptide vial)
It is worth noting that the lyophilised powder will be blue-white in colour due to the presence of the GHK-Cu peptide. The volume of powder in the vial may appear small, but this does not affect the peptide content measured in milligrams.
The safety data sheet (SDS) for this product can be downloaded here
How to prepare a solution for laboratory testing?
- unscrew the stoppers from both vials
- Transfer the liquid from the liquid vial to the powder vial
- cap the vial with the powder with the original stopper
- Mix carefully (no sudden movements)
- unscrew the plug, remove the ring from the seal (important to keep it tight) and screw on the atomizer
We obtained 10 ml of solution, which is enough for approximately 70 puffs of 142 mcg KPV.
Storage and transportation
In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transport by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.
In wet form (after solution preparation), the peptide should be refrigerated at all times and used within 40 days.
Research application of the product (KPV 10 mg)
The product is intended for research use only under conditions in vitro, where it can serve as a specialist reagent for molecular, biochemical and cellular analyses concerning the properties of short peptide sequences. In laboratory models, it is used for:
- research on KPV interactions with selected proteins, enzymes, and cellular markers;
- assessments of the impact of KPV on the expression of selected genes, proteins and regulatory factors in cell cultures;
- analyses of processes and signalling pathways associated with the cellular response and the regulation of inflammatory response mediators;
- conducting comparative research on the properties of KPV and other short peptide sequences in various experimental models;
- support for validation and comparative methods within molecular, biochemical and cellular analyses;
- observation of droplets, sediments and crystalline structures using optical and polarised microscopy;
- analyses of the size and distribution of droplets produced by the atomiser, including by depositing them onto a microscope slide;
- determinations of the size and distribution of aggregates present in solution by dynamic light scattering (DLS);
- conducting UV-Vis spectrophotometric analyses, within a range appropriate for the properties of the tested peptide and the analytical method used.
