Product quality (Ipamorelin 40 mg)
Our product has been tested by a certified Polish laboratory. The results are available in the product gallery.
What does the product packaging contain (Ipamorelin 40 mg)?
The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside you will find:
- Vial with powder (Mannitol + Ipamorelin 40 mg + 5 mg GHK-Cu)
- Saline vial (3%DMSO) 10 ml
- Atomiser (for spraying a portion of solution onto a laboratory glass slide)
- Funnel (helps pour solvent into the peptide vial)
How to prepare a solution for laboratory testing?
- unscrew the stoppers from both vials
- Transfer the liquid from the liquid vial to the powder vial
- cap the vial with the powder with the original stopper
- Mix carefully (no sudden movements)
- unscrew the plug, remove the ring from the seal (important to keep it tight) and screw on the atomizer
We obtained 10 ml of solution, which is enough for approximately 70 atomiser presses of 0.57 mg Ipamorelin.
Storage and transportation
In dry form, the peptide can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight
In wet form (after the solution has been prepared), the peptide should be refrigerated for up to 40 days at all times.
Research application of the product (Ipamorelin 40 mg)
The product is intended for research use only under conditions in vitro, where it can serve as a specialised reagent for molecular, biochemical and cellular analyses concerning the activity and interactions of peptides with receptor systems related to ghrelin signalling. In laboratory models, it is used for:
- research into the interactions of Ipamorelin with the GHS-R1a receptor and selected elements of receptor systems;
- assessment of receptor activity and changes in intracellular signalling pathways in appropriate cell models;
- analyses of expression changes of selected genes, proteins and biological markers in cell cultures;
- conducting comparative research on the activity of Ipamorelin and other GHS-R1a receptor peptide ligands;
- support for validation and comparative methods within molecular, biochemical and cellular analyses;
- observation of droplets, sediments and crystalline structures using optical and polarised microscopy;
- analyses of the size and distribution of droplets produced by the atomiser, including by depositing them onto a microscope slide;
- determinations of the size and distribution of aggregates present in solution by dynamic light scattering (DLS);
- conducting UV-Vis spectrophotometric analyses, within a range appropriate for the properties of the tested peptide and the analytical method used.
