Product quality (Adamax 10 mg + bacteriostatic water)

Our product containing the Adamax peptide has been tested by a certified Polish laboratory. The test results can be seen in the product gallery.

What does the product packaging contain (Adamax 10 mg + bacteriostatic water)?

The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside you will find:

  • Sterile vial with Adamax acetate 10mg powder + (peptide stabiliser – mannitol)
  • Sterile vial with 3 ml bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol)

The product has an expiry date of a minimum of one year and a maximum of two years from the date of dispatch - depending on the batch.

The safety data sheet (SDS) for this product can be downloaded

Storage and transportation

In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transport by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.

In wet form (after the solution has been prepared), the peptide should be refrigerated at all times and used within 30 days.

How to prepare a solution for laboratory testing?

  1. Remove the caps from both vials.
  2. Apply spirit to a cotton swab and disinfect the elastics in both vials.
  3. Using an insulin syringe, pour 3ml of bacteriostatic water into the powder vial (along the wall of the vessel)
  4. Roll the vial in your hands or spin the vial making a vortex until the solution dissolves. This activity can be done vigorously, it is important not to foam the solution with strong shaking.
  5. Thus prepared solution gives us a concentration of 500 mcg of Adamax peptide per each 0.15 ml of solution, which from now on should be stored in the fridge

Research application of the product (Adamax 10 mg + bacteriostatic water)

The product is intended exclusively for in vitro research applications, where it is used as a specialised reagent in molecular and cellular analyses directed at peptide signalling mechanisms. In laboratory models it is used for:

  • studies on the interactions of short peptides with selected cellular markers and structures involved in cell adhesion and migration processes,
  • assessment of the impact on the expression of regulatory and neurotrophic factors in cell cultures with a differentiated phenotype,
  • analyses of changes in protein levels and the activity of potential signalling pathways associated with the cellular response to chemical stimuli and environmental stress,
  • support for validation, comparison and optimisation procedures within molecular, biochemical and cell biology research.

Disclaimer

The product is not a medicine, food product or dietary supplement. The product is classified as a chemical reagent/reference material authorised in the European Union under the European REACH Act, it may only be used for scientific laboratory tests.
