What is Pinealon peptide?

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide with the sequence Glu–Asp–Arg (EDR), designed as a stable peptide bioregulator with tissue specificity for neurons and the central nervous system, derived from the analysis of active fragments of the polypeptide complex Cortexin. It was developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s in Russian research centers focusing on bioregulation and gerontology, as a tool for studying the functioning of the central nervous system.

In experimental studies, Pinealon has been used as a model peptide to analyze the mechanisms regulating neuroprotection, responses to oxidative stress, and the processes of aging, regeneration, and neuronal plasticity. Its effects on the suppression of reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, gene expression modulation through direct interaction with DNA in the cell nucleus, and the activity of processes related to neuronal survival have been described. Attention has been drawn to its neuroprotective profile under conditions of hypoxia and ischemia of nervous tissue, as well as its ability to modulate cognitive stimulus processing.

The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside it you will find:

Vial with powder (Mannitol + Pinealon acetate 60 mg + 5 mg GHK-Cu)
Vial of saline 6ml
Atomizer (New, best on the market, does not jam)
Funnel

It is worth noting that the lyophilized powder will be white and blue in color due to the presence of the GHK-Cu peptide. The volume of powder in the vial may seem small, but this does not affect the peptide content measured in milligrams.

How to prepare the solution for the laboratory test?

unscrew the stoppers from both vials
Transfer the liquid from the liquid vial to the powder vial
cap the vial with the powder with the original stopper
Mix carefully (no sudden movements)
unscrew the cap, remove the ring from the seal (important to keep it tight) and screw on the atomizer

We received 6 ml of solution, which is enough for about 42 sprays of the atomizer at 1.4 mg of Pinealon.

Storage and transportation

In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transportation by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.

In wet form (after preparing the solution), the peptide should be in the refrigerator all the time and used up within 40 days.
