Product quality (NAD+ 500 mg + bacteriostatic water)
Our product containing the Nad+ peptide has been tested by a certified Polish laboratory. You can view the results in the product gallery.
What does the product packaging contain (NAD+ 500 mg + bacteriostatic water)?
The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside it you will find:
- Sterile vial with NAD+ powder 500mg
- Sterile vial containing 10 ml of bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol)
The product has an expiration date of a minimum of one year and a maximum of two years from the date of shipment - depending on the batch.
The safety data sheet (SDS) for this product can be downloaded
How to prepare the solution for the laboratory test?
- Remove the caps from both vials.
- Apply spirit to a cotton swab and disinfect the rubber bands in both vials.
- Using an insulin syringe, transfer 10 ml of bacteriostatic water into the vial with the powder (along the wall of the container).
- Roll the vial in your hands or spin the vial making a vortex until the solution dissolves. This activity can be done vigorously, it is important not to foam the solution with strong shaking.
- A solution prepared in this way gives us a concentration of 50 mg of NAD+ peptide per each 1 ml of the solution, which should be stored in the refrigerator from now on.
Storage and transportation
In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transportation by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.
When in liquid form (after preparing the solution), the product should be kept in the refrigerator at all times and used within 30 days.
Research application of the product (NAD+ 500 mg + bacteriostatic water)
The product is intended exclusively for in vitro research applications, where it is used as a specialized reagent in molecular and cellular analyses focused on redox homeostasis mechanisms and energy metabolism. In laboratory models, it is used for:
- studies on the interactions of nucleotide cofactors with selected enzymes and structures responsible for electron transfer and catalytic activity,
- assessments of the impact on the expression of regulatory and metabolic factors in cell cultures with diverse phenotypes,
- analyses of changes in protein levels and the activity of potential signaling pathways related to the cellular response to metabolic and oxidative stress,
- support for validation, comparative, and optimization procedures in the context of molecular, biochemical, and cell biology research.
