What does the product package (Selank 20 mg) contain?

The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside it you will find:

• Powder vial: (Mannitol + Selank acetate 20 mg + 5 mg GHK-Cu)
• Vial of saline 10 ml
• Atomizer (for spraying a portion of the solution onto a laboratory slide)
• Funnel (helps pour solvent into the peptide vial)

It is worth noting that the lyophilized powder will be white and blue in color due to the presence of the GHK-Cu peptide. The volume of powder in the vial may seem small, but this does not affect the peptide content measured in milligrams.

How to prepare the solution for the laboratory test?

• unscrew the stoppers from both vials
• Transfer the liquid from the liquid vial to the powder vial
• cap the vial with the powder with the original stopper
• Mix carefully (no sudden movements)
• unscrew the cap and screw on the atomizer

The vial contains 70 puffs of 285 mcg Selanc.

Storage and transportation

In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transportation by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.

In wet form (after preparing the solution), the peptide should be in the refrigerator all the time and used up within 40 days.

Research use of the product (Selank 20 mg)

The product is intended exclusively for in vitro research work and serves as a specialized reagent used in molecular and cellular analyses of nervous system function. In a laboratory environment, it is used in, among other things:

• studying the interaction of short peptides with selected cellular structures, receptors and markers involved in neuronal and neurochemical signaling,

• To evaluate the effects on the expression of regulatory and neurotrophic factors in controlled cell cultures,

• Analysis of changes in protein profiles and activity of potential signaling pathways specific to cells with a neuronal and neuroglial phenotype,

• Supporting validation procedures, benchmarking and optimization tests in molecular biology, biochemistry and neurochemistry research.

• observation of droplets, sediments, and crystalline structures using optical and polarization microscopy.
• analyses of the size and distribution of droplets produced by the atomizer, including by depositing them on a microscope slide;
• evaluation of the size and distribution of aggregates present in the solution by dynamic light scattering (DLS);
