What does the product package (Epithalon, 20 mg) contain?

The ordered product will come packaged in a sturdy tube resistant to transport damage, and inside it you will find:

• Powder vial: (Mannitol + Epithalon arg 20 mg + 5 mg GHK-Cu)
• Vial of fluid (10 ml of saline with 3% DMSO)
• Atomizer (for spraying a portion of the solution onto a laboratory slide)
• Funnel (helps pour solvent into the peptide vial)

It is worth noting that the lyophilized powder will be white and blue in color due to the presence of the GHK-Cu peptide. The volume of powder in the vial may seem small, but this does not affect the peptide content measured in milligrams.

How to prepare the solution for the laboratory test?

• unscrew the stoppers from both vials
• Transfer the liquid from the liquid vial to the powder vial
• cap the vial with the powder with the original stopper
• Mix carefully (no sudden movements)
• unscrew the cap, remove the ring from the seal (important to keep it tight) and screw on the atomizer

The vial contains 70 puffs of 285 mcg of Epithalon.

Storage and transportation

In dry form, the peptide should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Even longer transportation by courier will not affect the stability and quality of the product.

In wet form (after preparing the solution), the peptide should be in the refrigerator all the time and used up within 40 days.

Research use of the product (Epitalon, 20 mg).

The formulation is intended exclusively for in vitro research applications and is used as a specialized reagent in molecular biology and cell biology experiments targeting regulatory processes in eukaryotic cells. In the laboratory environment, it is used in, among other things:

• Analysis of the interactions of short peptides with selected cellular structures and markers, including elements involved in cell cycle regulation and nuclear functions,

• To evaluate the effects on the expression of control and regulatory factors in cell cultures with different phenotypic profiles,

• studying changes in protein profiles and activity of selected signaling pathways associated with cellular responses to stress factors and environmental conditions,

• Supporting validation procedures, comparative analyses and optimization steps carried out in molecular, biochemical and cellular research.

• observation of droplets, sediments, and crystalline structures using optical and polarization microscopy.
• analyses of the size and distribution of droplets produced by the atomizer, including by depositing them on a microscope slide;
• evaluation of the size and distribution of aggregates present in the solution by dynamic light scattering (DLS);
